I’ve worn shorts all week while running! Spring is here at last. I felt good on
my Sunday long run. I ran at 17 mile loop which takes me past Camp Sargent
where I actually went as a fifth grader for a week with my elementary school. I
added a half mile because I saw someone halfway in the water through the ice
and I ran back to make sure he was there on purpose. He was, and it looked like
he was fishing, but I’m glad I made sure or I would have worried about it for a
while. I also felt good on my Wednesday workout. The nice weather definitely
helps. And also, another good part of this week is that Lucy is back to
running.
